Availability for walk-in consultations is limited and can not be guaranteed.

As COVID-19, RSV, and other airborne illnesses continue to to be a source of real and present danger, The Wig Boutique remains committed to a high safety standard. Because of the nature of our business, the majority of our clientele and staff members are immunocompromised and considered high-risk.

We recommend all clients call ahead to book an appointment before their visit, as space is still limited and we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins. Clients are asked not to bring more than one guest with them to their appointments. Masks are strongly encouraged, but not necessary.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or otherwise feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting the shop.

We ask all clients to please read through and familiarize themselves with our general COVID protocols and restrictions before contacting the shop. Once you have done so, please feel free to call the shop at (780) 424-3251 to book your appointment! You can also reach out to us with any questions you might have via our Contact Us page, or through our social media challenges.

What do I need to know for my appointment?

  • We are asking our clients to please bring no more than one guest to appointments.

  • If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait outside or in your car until your scheduled appointment time

  • If you would prefer the staff working with you be wearing masks, please feel free to ask!

  • Please do your best to maintain a 6ft physical distance between yourself and other clients, guests, or staff members not currently serving you

  • Allow staff to provide you with the products or wigs you would like to see and refrain from handling merchandise or displays as much as possible

  • Any client or approved guest who displays or discloses a fever, other COVID-19 symptoms, or close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case will be required to leave the premises and rebook their appointment for another day

  • Any client or approved guest who refuses to abide by these safety protocols will be required to leave the premises

  • If possible, take advantage of our delivery and curbside pickup options

 

What else is The Wig Boutique doing to keep me safe?

  • Staff are screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and will wear PPE for the duration of their shift

  • Appointments are limited and specifically scheduled to minimize client contact as much as possible

  • Appointments are limited to one hour in duration

  • Counter space, door handles, bathrooms, and other high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly
